Registration

After registration, you will be on a waiting list until you get our confirmation mail with information on payment and other things.

Please make sure your partner also registrates!

Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

We aim to balance the lead/follow ratio, so we may not be able to accept everyone straight away. If you want to be sure that you have a spot, please register as a couple. The levels are assigned after registration. If you register with a partner, you’re both assigned to the level of the least experienced dancer. By registering for the workshops you agree to these terms.

Restitution of the fee minus €5 for administration costs if you cancel more than four weeks before the workshop.

There is no restitution if you cancel later!

If you need to sell your ticket, please contact us first, to check if there is somebody we can take off the waiting list. If there is nobody, you are allowed to find someone in your place if you organize payment yourself and let the organization know.

Payment should be received within 7 days after your registration, or your place will be given away.

The organizers are not responsible for any personal damage or loss during the workshop or the parties.

The organizers cannot be held liable for any physical injuries incurred during any of the workshops and parties. By taking part in the classes, you confirm to be healthy enough to do sports.

Photographers may be present. By purchasing your ticket and attending, you consent to photographs being taken which may then be used as part of the official photo compilation and may appear on facebook and other media. If you do not agree, please talk to the photographer or us, even after the event.

Allgemeine Bedingungen

Nach der Anmeldung kommst du auf eine Warteliste. Dein Platz ist bestätigt, wenn du eine Mail mit weiteren Informationen zur Zahlung etc. bekommst. Bitte stelle sicher, dass dein*e Partner*in sich ebenfalls anmeldet!

Wir sind bestrebt, das Lead/Follow-Verhältnis auszugleichen, so dass wir möglicherweise nicht in der Lage sind, alle sofort zu akzeptieren. Wenn Ihr sicher sein wollt, dass Ihr einen Platz bekommt, meldet Euch bitte als Paar an. Wenn du dich mit einem Partner anmeldest, werdet ihr beide im Level des/der weniger erfahrenen Tanzenden zugeordnet. Mit der Anmeldung zu den Workshops erklärst Du dich mit diesen Bedingungen einverstanden.

Bitte lies dir die Allgemeinen Bedingungen sorgfältig durch.

Volle Rückerstattung der Gebühr abzüglich 5 € für Verwaltungskosten, wenn du vier Wochen vor dem Workshop stornierst.

Es gibt keine Rückerstattung, wenn du später absagst!

Wenn Du dein Ticket verkaufen musst, kontaktiere uns bitte zuerst, damit wir schauen können, ob es jemanden gibt, der noch auf der Warteliste ist. Wenn es niemanden gibt, kannst du jemanden vorschlagen, und das Ticket inkl. Zahlung weitergeben. Bitte informiere uns dann darüber.

Die Zahlung sollte innerhalb von 7 Tagen nach unser Bestätigungsmail erfolgen, sonst wird dein Platz vergeben.

Die Organisator*innen sind nicht verantwortlich für Personenschäden oder Verluste während des Workshops oder der Partys.

Die Organisator*innen haften nicht für Körperverletzungen, die während der Workshops und Partys entstehen. Mit deiner Teilnahme bestätigst du, sportgesund zu sein.

Fotograf*innen können anwesend sein. Mit dem Kauf der Tickets und der Teilnahme erklärst du dich damit einverstanden, dass Fotos als Teil der offiziellen Fotosammlung verwendet werden und auf Facebook und anderen Medien erscheinen können. Bist du nicht einverstanden, sprich bitte mit den Fotograf*innen oder uns, auch nach der Veranstaltung.
